Privacy.

This site does not track you.

The Audiofile website at audiofile.engineering does not set tracking cookies, run third-party analytics, or maintain visitor profiles. There are no marketing pixels, no remarketing tags, and no behavioral advertising integrations.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare receives standard server-access information (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security, abuse mitigation, and operational purposes. Cloudflare's handling of that information is governed by its own privacy policy.

Per-app privacy labels.

Each Audiofile app declares its privacy posture on the Apple App Store as a privacy label visible on the app's product listing. Fidelia, Fidelia Remote, DDP, DDP Player, and Calc all currently declare Data Not Collected.

App-specific data behavior is documented in each app's help pages: fidelia.audiofile.engineering/help/ and ddp.audiofile.engineering/help/.

What touches your data.

Audiofile uses the following third-party services in operating this site and its apps:

• Cloudflare Pages — website hosting and CDN
• Apple App Store — app distribution and purchases (subject to Apple's terms and privacy practices)
• Zendesk — internal customer support ticketing when you write to support@audiofile.engineering

Each is responsible for handling data under its own privacy policy. Audiofile does not sell, rent, or share personal data with advertisers or data brokers.

What we keep, briefly.

When you email Audiofile at one of the addresses on the contact page (inquiry@audiofile.engineering, press@audiofile.engineering, support@audiofile.engineering, foundation@audiofile.engineering), your message and contact information are retained in the relevant inbox or ticketing system for as long as the conversation is useful. You can request deletion of your messages by writing to support@audiofile.engineering.

Not directed at children.

Audiofile's website and apps are not directed at children under 13. Audiofile does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The Audiofile Foundation supports young people in music, arts, and media through grants to partner organizations; the foundation does not collect personal data from young people directly through this website.

Requests and removals.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data Audiofile holds about you, and to ask how it is used. To exercise these rights — or to ask any question about this policy — write to support@audiofile.engineering.

This policy may be updated.

Audiofile may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected here; continued use of the website or apps after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
